About Lucky
Meet Lucky! Lucky is a stunning 5-year-old cream Kelpie girl with a unique personality. She's a bit of a quiet and cheeky character who takes her time to reveal her true self.
At first glance, Lucky may appear reserved, but spend some quality time with her, and you'll discover her playful and mischievous side. She's the kind of dog who appreciates a good cuddle or a gentle head scratch and isn't shy about seeking affection when she's ready.
Lucky hasn't had much life experience so she can be a little timid when meeting new people, but she loves humans and will gain more and more confidence with someone who will continue to work with her and give her lots of love.
She is a dream on the lead, and she just LOVES going for walks or will also happily jog by your side. She has great recall, and is an easy companion in the car. She is quickly picking up on basic commands and has learnt to sit, drop and will wait politely for her meals.
Lucky enjoys hanging with her furry foster siblings and would do best in a home with a gentle and confident dog to keep her company and help build her confidence. Due to her timid nature and preference for calm, she would be best suited to a home with kids over 10 years of age.
She would make a wonderful walking or running companion, and she's looking for that special someone dedicated to continuing her training and guiding her manners while providing the love and boundaries she needs.
If this sounds like you, apply for Lucky now! She would love to hear from you!
**Lucky is located in VIC....
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
