Snowball - 8 Week Old Cattle Dog(On Trial 5/11/22)

Snowball is an 8-week-old White Cattle X. This gorgeous little boy is super chilled, playful, and extremely affectionate.

Snowball enjoys running around outside playing and wrestling with his sister and brother he is enjoying getting out and exploring his new environment. He also just loves being around his foster family and having cuddle time.

Since coming into care, Snowball has been getting more confident being around our older dogs and cats. He enjoys chasing the ball with his sister and brother. Snowball’s foster family have started toilet training. Snowball sleeps with his sister and brother inside in a crate and is going great with only crying when needing to go to the toilet.

As Snowball is still a puppy, he will need a family who are home often as he doesn’t like being left alone for long periods of time. Snowball loves being around humans, he would need to be welcomed inside when the family are home and be involved in his new family’s life. He will need a fenced in yard with room to run.

Snowball is in foster care in the Stroud, NSW area. They are not currently available for interstate adoption. The adoption fee is $700.00 and they vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

As Snowball is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas because he will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when he is 6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.

PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.

This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
