Meet Hedwig!

Hedwig will greet you with her big, beautiful eyes, eyes as wide and round as an owl! Hedwig came to the shelter with her brother Ferguson, and both have been in foster care to gain some confidence and sociability in the home.

Hedwig took the longest to come out of her shell, and can still be nervous meeting new people, but she has blossomed into a very lovely and affectionate, and playful young lady!

She will do best in a home that will allow her plenty of time to settle in, and in a calm and relaxed home environment. She has lived with other animals in foster and loved them and has become accustomed to living with a young child as well. She would love a home with another animal companion, or with her brother.
