Tashie is a dear little fellow . He loves to be with his people and would prefer a home where there is someone home all the time. He is ok left inside for very short periods but he wouldnβt suit a full time worker.
Tashie does not look 11, he is in excellent shape and could pass for a 4 year old .
The main point and most important point is that Tashie doesnβt like to be alone, he would only suit a family where there is always someone home. He is quite anxious. When applying for Tashie, please put this in your application. Itβs very important that we know that you understand him and his needs.
Please include lots of information, particularly around the amount of time you are able to to be home with Tashie. Applications with limited information wonβt be considered.
Tashie sleeps inside and is mainly an inside dog. He would require grooming and regular brushing. These are two points to mention in your application.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Hereβs some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
π± Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the petβs bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
πΎ Details about your family
π‘ Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
