Why hello, my name is Grace! I’m an utterly beautiful longhaired lady, and I know it. My foster carers have found me to be an absolute delight from the moment they met me, as I’m super friendly and smoochy. At 8 years old I’m entering my mature years, but if there’s a nice dangly wand toy or bit of string to chase I’m as sprightly as a kitten.

You may be wondering, how do I keep myself looking so gorgeous? The answer is regular maintenance! My foster carers only have to give me the occasional light brush to keep me looking my best, and I do the rest of the work myself. As I enter my senior years, an adopter may need to become more involved to prevent matts or hangers-on, but that will be long, long after you’ve fallen in love with me!

My passions include long naps on the couch, following you around, food, and lots of chin scratches! I can be a touch jumpy at times, so a calm home with people who respect my boundaries when I need them would be heaven (no young children, please!). Once I trust you (it doesn’t take long!) I’m all too willing to spend time dozing nearby, enjoying your pats and love. I’d prefer a home without other pets, but if your cat is calm and respectful I’ll give them a shot!
