About Tim
Introducing Tim the Toy Poodle born 3rd January 2016.
Tim is a sweet, very timid babe. He hasn't had much interaction with humans, so he is very shy with new people. Because of this we are recommending he go to a home with no young children. His new owners will need to be patient with him while he learns to trust humans.
Tim gets along great with other small dogs, so much so that he starts to come out of his shell when around them. You can see that he wants to trust and love, he's just scared. Because he loves dogs so much he will need to have another dog at home with him. He has already formed a bond with Tam and can either be adopted as a bonded pair or individually.
Tim didn't like the cats or pocket pets at the facility, so he will need a home without cats, rabbits/guinea pigs or chickens.
Tim does show signs of separation anxiety, even when he's with another dog, so he will need to have an owner who is able to be with him most of the time.
Tim is such a sweet boy who wants nothing more than a home he can call his own and not have to worry about losing another family.
If you think you could be that furever family for Tim, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
His adoption fee is $1250, and this includes a full dental, desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. He is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Tim is currently located in East Maitland.
Medical notes
Tim has had a full dental while in care.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
