About Snoopy
Snoopy is a highly affectionate, intelligent, handsome and funny young man!
He has the biggest brown eyes which light up as bright as can be when there’s snacks around. Snoopy is very food motivated, which makes him a brilliant training companion.
He’s also a very funny boy – he can be a bit of a drama queen. If he doesn’t want to do something he’ll literally flop over and pretend he’s dead! These theatrics can be brought on by getting into the car, having bath time, and being told to leave the kitchen when food is being made.
Snoopy has proven himself to have an absolute heart of gold, who just wants a family that will include him in their activities and to snuggle up to at night.
Snoopy would be suited to a home with an existing doggy friend, pending a successful meet and greet!
However, though Snoopy is a happy-go-lucky guy, he does have some considerations his future family need to be committed to understanding and working him through:
He really does not want to get into the car – and it takes some enticement to get him in. He also drools a bit when he’s in the car, but otherwise seems to be fine. With positive reinforcement and yummy treats, he will learn the car goes good places.
He’s a beagle! He’s bred to follow his nose and he’s naturally energetic! This means secure fencing and no off-leash time for this boy along with a minimum of 1 hour of exercise a day. Ongoing on-lead training will make him a perfect walking companion.
Snoopy is looking for a committed family, who he promises to dote on and snuggle for the rest of his days!
