Hello world I am the one and only Athena!!

I am a very sweet girl, in fact the hoomans at RSPCA tell me I am one of their favourites but shhhh don't tell anyone.

I'm a very loving girl. I love attention from my human friends. I love getting cuddles from them and of course leaning into them for big cuddles! I'm going to make an exceptional best friend and companion for someone!!

I am a large dog, there's no if's or buts about that. I weigh nearly 50kg so this should be taken into consideration before you adopt me. Will you be able to walk me and safely contain me behind 6 foot solid fencing? Don't let my size put you off. I'm very smart and know my basic commands like sit. I really want to learn more too!

The hoomans at RSPCA say I am not recommended for children in my family just yet until I do a bit more learning about my size. I might accidently knock over the small ones but big ones should be ok. I'll need to meet the whole fam. Dog pals included. I'm very respectful of other dogs and would not mind one in my life!

I'm looking for a home where someone is home more often than not.
