Summer our ex-racing Greyhound is ready to find a home she can be a couch potato and have daily zoomies.

Summer is a gentle girl that is in foster care with other dogs and had some exposure to cats. Summer would suit a home that has someone home a reasonable amount of time or somewhere safe to be kept if family are out - secure fencing and nice sheltered area out of the weather.

Summer's racing name was Blazing Beast and she retired due to an injury on her back right leg - fractured hock. She has recovered well but will always favour that leg and may experience arthritis in the future.

Summer is crated for her rest time and at night. It is essential for Summer to sleep in a crate at night as she feels very secure and happy in that space.

Summer has the sweetest nature and she is a relaxed girl who likes to play with toys and stick that long snoot in lots of things to investigate. Nothing much phases this girl.

Summer would be suitable for a home with children, another dog and supervised around cats. We anticipate if the cat ran then Summer would chase for fun.

Summer is vaccinated, flea and worm treated, desexed and microchippped. Her adoption fee is $600. Summer's date of birth is 26/3/2019. Summer has also recently had a dental clean.
