I have basic obedience training, am quite clever and learn quickly. Dino was found wandering the streets and was seen doing so for at least 6-8 weeks. A good samaritan took him in and traced his microchip back to an uncaring owner who had not gone looking for him and was not interested in taking him back. Fortunately they did agree to release dino to the samaritan and this kind person has paid for him to be desexed so he could be rehomed.
