Meet Riley!

Riley has come from a busy household, which we think he often found a little too much. He is quite shy and tends to keep to himself.

Being a Border Collie, Riley is high energy and high drive. He loves to train and would excel if given a 'job' such as nose works, obedience or rally-o. Dogs like Riley love to think and will likely become destructive if left to his own devices so it is important that his mental wellbeing is taken care of as well as his physical.

Riley would love a quite adult only home where he can slowly blossom into his own and turn into a happy, bouncy boy. Although he may be fine living with dog savvy teens who understand boundaries. He is quite nervous when meeting new people, so hoomans with A LOT of patience would be best for Riley.

Riley may be suitable to live with another doggo pal, pending a successful meet & greet at the shelter.
