Meep

This lovely boy wandered into our colony on the city fringes and made himself right at home.

Meeko is currently being cared for by an adoring family of four, and their lovely dog. Meeko adores his humans in return, but he is not keen to make friends with the dog, and unfortunately cannot stay.

Meeko’s carers say that Meeko is a great talker, chirruping when he sees you; he is an excellent conversationalist. Meeko loves to be around people; he is not bothered by noisy, busy environments – he just wants to be part of what’s going on and will fit right in. He loves to play, particularly chasing his feather toy or darting in and out of his cat tunnel; at only 2 years old, he really is an oversized kitten full of playful energy!

While not (yet) a lap cat, he loves to lay near you, and puts a paw on you before falling asleep. He is very skilled at napping.

Meeko would love a home where he has access to inside and outside – he loves exploring outdoors and then finding a comfy bed or a spot in the sun to snooze.

He would be ideally suited to a house where he is the only pet, and given his size (6kg!) and confidence, he would not suit a home with young children.

He is a very confident boy with a big, warm, charming personality who will bring fun into your home.
