About Daphne and Benedict
We have been in foster care receiving some TLC for a little while, and we have really blossomed and started to come out of our shell, so we are now ready to start our search for a new home.
We are super playful and love all types of toys, tunnels and anything else that moves. We are also partial to playing a bit of tiggy together too. If we lose sight of each other around the house, we will call out for one another.
My brother Benedict is a lot more confident than I; he will come forth for pats and is ok if you pick him up for short periods of time. Myself on the other hand, I am a bit more reserved, and I am working on building my confidence. I do like to be petted, it does feel nice, but I am not fond of being picked up. Being with Benedict helps me to be a lot more confident. If I see that he is enjoying the attention from humans, then I will come out for attention too. In saying this, if we feel overwhelmed, we will hide.
We are extremely food oriented, Benedict especially. We are seeking a quiet home with no children and a patient experienced cat person that will continue working with us on our confidence. We will need a home that is prepared to keep us indoors only. We are not lap cats, yet, but we do like to follow humans around the house and sit next to them for a nap.
