Hi, my name is Goldie, I can be a little shy, but once I know you, then I like to come and wait for my dinner. My Foster Mum said I am a very sweet, gentle girl who is an old soul, and will accept a loving gentle slow pat, brush and scratch under the chin.

I do like my routine and stable home environment. I prefer to be indoors and love a nice warm hiding sleeping spot. My Foster Mum said I just need a chance as I would make the best loyal girl in the right home.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I have made some wonderful older cat friends in my foster home, it’s taken me some time to build up my confidence but now I like to cuddle, eat, and sleep with my new cat friends.

I'm still unsure of the resident dogs. I would love an older family with another loving friendly cat friend. Or even an older cat-savvy doggie friend with one or two older humans. I am fine alone for the day, as long as everything I need is close by, and I have my safe spot.

Likes / Dislikes
I love chicken, meat variety wet food, dry biscuits, and cat milk. When I am in my safe place it’s then I enjoy a slow gentle pat, and scratch under the chin. I like to tell my Foster Mum it’s dinner time, I look at her and then run to my spot waiting patiently for my meal.

I am not the best with fast movement or loud noises. So as long as I have my safe place to go to when I am scared that helps to give me time to relax. Please also give me space when I need it, as it takes me longer to adjust to a new environment, humans and other animals.

My PURR-fect home would be eventually sitting on the couch with my older humans and having a pat or brush. I need a quiet home, with loving, patient understanding humans who will give me the space to feel safe and relaxed, but most importantly loved. I would benefit from a friendly loving confident cat friend.
