About Max
Meet Max,
This young fella is looking for a special new home.
Hes a sweet boy who likes to cuddles and go on walks with his humans. He also enjoys a bit of sunbaking in the backyard.
Max can be a little nervous in new situations and new people but warms up quite quickly.
He'll happily sniff other dogs on walks but is best suited to a home as an only dog due to wanting all the attention himself.
Max loves car rides and is a good boy and will snooze on the seat or look out the window! He also knows sit.
Max has some resources guarding over his food and his bed. Please email and ask if you'd like us to explain this further.
Due to his resource guarding with food Max will NOT suit a home with kids.
He will need a special home that's willing to put in a little extra work with training so he can learn to be the best dog he can be!

Max has a small cherry eye which currently doesn't effect him.
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
