About Mamba
********************** PLEASE APPLY AT www.gsrv.com.au ****************************
Mamba is a beautiful 4.5 year old pedigree working line girl who is super friendly and loves to play! Mamba has energy to burn and her ideal home will have the space to run and do zoomies with a warm cosy place inside where she can lay her head after a busy day.
Mamba adores everyone she meets, taking treats gently and enjoying a chest rub, she knows her basic commands but would love the opportunity to learn more as she is a clever girl who is keen to learn and is oozing potential. Ongoing training is recommended for Mamba so that she can learn to walk calmly on lead and understand what is expected of her. Mamba would also enjoy participating in doggy sports such as agility or fly ball to satisfy her sense of fun! Daily walks and games in the backyard are essential to keeping this busy girl happy.
Mamba hasn't been exposed much to the outside world and needs a patient home that will show her what the world has to offer so she doesn't find it too overwhelming. Mamba is conflicted around other dogs and will need to take it very slowly when meeting dogs out and about. For now Mamba will need to be the only dog in her new home.
Mamba has lived with cats and would enjoy living with cats in her new home as long as she is introduced slowly and carefully. Mamba is accustomed to high energy cats that enjoy playing with her that are confident enough to put her in her place when she becomes a little boisterous.
Mamba is a lovely natured girl and while she hasn't lived with children she would suit a home where everyone is over the age of 8 years old and whom have previously lived with large energetic breeds. Mamba has no idea of her size and may accidently knock smaller children over.

Adoption details
We offer a 'Foster to Adopt' program. This means that the dog will go to live with their adoptive family for 4 weeks to ensure it is the perfect match for both the dog and new family. After the 4 weeks is complete, if all has gone well, the adoption is formalised and your new doggy companion is officially yours!
If you are interested in adopting from us, we ask that you fill out the Adoption Application form on our website (via the link provided below) with as much detail as possible, including the name of the dog you are interested in.
We do not rehome female dogs to a home where there is an existing female dog. Whilst there are always exceptions, it is generally unwise to have two females together; two males can sort it out, a male and a female can sort it out, but when two females fight, the results can be disastrous. For this reason, following the advice from numerous Veterinary behaviourists, as well as our own experience from the last eight years, we do not rehome females into homes with other female dogs.
All of our dogs are de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated
