About Luigi
Young Luigi is on the lookout for a walkies buddy. This beautiful boy loves his daily walk. He's happy to visit the park, the beach, or anywhere around the neighbourhood that you'd like to go. Luigi is very smart and has excellent recall, so he can happily explore off-leash safely. Luigi also has the very adorable quirk of thinking the best warm-down after morning walks is lots and lots of pats. He even sits when he gets inside the door so that you know he's ready!
That's the thing about Luigi. He loves routines. He loves to know what's going on and what's coming next. That's how he makes sure he's living his best life!
As long as Luigi's new home has a calm and predictable feel, Luigi will be happy to snooze the hours away while you're out. That being said, Luigi does like company. So if you're out to work quite a bit, another happy-go-lucky doggo, or possibly even a dog-friendly cat, would help to keep him happy while you're out at work. If you work from home, Luigi will be thrilled to be your assistant!
Luigi is a well-trained and well-mannered lad that is highly food-motivated. He'll do anything for a treat, and when you ask for a 'down', he'll deliver his performance with passion! He really is a 'good boy'! Luigi definitely also has a playful side and loves a game of chase with a rope toy! In his downtime, Luigi will happily chew his toys or do a spot of people watching from the window.
A genuinely sweet and soft-natured dog, Luigi is friendly with everyone he meets. Luigi likes to say hi and ask for a cuddle when visitors come over. You'll know when he's truly happy because he does his little wiggle. Luigi is happy to bounce along with small children as long as they are kind and understand that sometimes a dog just needs to take a little 'time-out'.
Luigi's breed doesn't shed. However, he does require semi-regular grooms. A full shave once or twice a year with brush outs in between will keep Luigi's coat in tip-top condition. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the overwhelming adorableness of long-haired Luigi and short-haired Luigi as well!
This gorgeous boy is something special and would make a wonderful companion!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
