Pounder

Pounder arrived to us as part of the colony we are working with at McDonalds, he was a little unsure at first but has done well in foster care.. Pounder is a very calm, affectionate gentleman who likes to follow his people around like a puppy dog and give them lots of head bumps to show his love. Pounder still plays with cat wands and ball towers but really all he wants is chin scratches and to snooze in a comfy spot in the same room as you. He has not been tested with dogs but adores other cats and would love a home with a feline friend. He is a big boy with the tiniest little meow, almost a squeak and his purrs sound like happy little grunts. He does tend to rub against your legs, wind in and out of them and flop at your feet demanding belly rubs, so may not suit someone with mobility issues . Pounder has not been around little kids but would be fine with ones old enough to understand a cats body language and signals.
Pounder is not fussy with wet food he will happily eat whiskas or Felix but his all time favourite would be any of the Applaws fish flavours. Come and meet this handsome man at our Longford Centre.
