About Clover
Meet Clover!
Clover is a female Bull Arab x who is approx 1 years old. Clover sadly found herself pregnant and in the pound. She was rescued by SMART and luckily gave birth to her beautiful babies in the quiet and calm environment she needed. Clover has been an extremely loving mum and raised fat and healthy babies! They have all found loving new homes and now its Clovers turn!
Clover absolutely loves human attention and as many pats, scratches, cuddles and love as she can get! She would make the best snuggle buddy for movie nights on the couch (can't guarantee she won't hog all the snacks though lol) She has a very outgoing nature and has been a delight to care for. She has been around both male and female kennel hands and has been fine with both. She has only shown a dislike for one of our older female volunteers who she likes to bark at despite minimal contact between them ever being made.
She is quite a solid and strong girl so will need somebody who is able to handle her while walking etc. as she does pull on her lead. A harness or nose leader (halti) would possibly be better. Clover does sometimes jump on you but this is just because she is excited to see you. She may not be good around smaller children/elderly people because of this.
Clover has shown the tendency to chase cats with her hackles up so a cat free home is needed. She has been playful towards most of the dogs here but will bark at the more reactive dogs. A meet and greet would be essential if you have another dog to ensure they get along.
Clover is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, worm and flea treated and Vet checked. Her adoption fee is $100.00.
Please fill in the adoption application below if you would love to give this beauty queen a second chance at a happy life

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
