If you are looking for a dog to take on school runs, look no further! Keio loves being around kids and to be included in the school dynamic. He is great with the hustle and bustle and goes with the flow.

Keio is such an affectionate and intelligent boy and is very responsive to commands sit, stay and no. Keio loves plenty of cuddles, often gently putting his head or paws on your lap and snuggling into you.
Keio is fantastic to walk, mostly keeping a loose leash & has so far been non reactive to any other dogs on walks. He gets excited at times thinking they might want to play with him, but never a problem controlling him and never a bark.

Keio in general is an absolute sweetheart and snuggler with most people he meets, in particular with his carers. He has however shown signs of fear with a few 'dog loving' people coming into the foster home (mainly men) even after weeks of gentle exposure to them. He reacts by growling, barking and withdrawing away, though with gentle & quick correction will come good and walk around those people when given space without issue. Outside of the home he doesn't seem to have any worries meeting anyone, he's a gem in the community!

It is important he go to a home that will respect his boundaries with those few people and allow him to distance himself if needed.

Keio would do exceptionally well attending training, as he is very smart, reactive to command and eager to please his family. He is an absolute pleasure to have in the foster home, and interacts very well with school aged kids.

If you are looking for a loyal lovebug, with plenty of years to share together, then Keio is the perfect addition to your home.
