About 🔔Annabelle🔔
Annabelle is such a stunning golden girl!
At 12 years old Annabelle would love to find a home looking for a quiet companion. She will sit on you for a pat and have a good old chat while you hang out but is happy to do her own thing when you aren’t home. Her favourite scratches are on the face and chest, but if you scritch her on her side she will politely let you know that she doesn’t like it.
Annabelle would like an indoor-only home to enjoy her senior years away from the hazards of outdoor life. She would happily enjoy access to a secure outdoor enclosure though! Annabelle has passed her health checks with flying colours and even surprised the vet with her lovely teeth. She has recently had a benign cyst removed, although it wasn’t causing her any trouble. She is a no fuss girl who uses her tray and eats the food she’s given willingly.
She has previously lived with other cats and while she would do so again if they were quiet and friendly, she would also make a very happy only cat companion. She has also lived with dogs previously and would be okay to live with one or two quiet, cat-friendly dogs as long as they weren’t in-your-face. While Annabelle isn’t picky with the age of her people she is looking for a home with children over the age of 10 or an adult only home.
This lovely lady was left behind when her owner moved away, taking her dogs and leaving her behind. Although we want the best for all our animals it is especially important to us that Annabelle has all the love and care she deserves in the second half of her life.
Annabelle is in care in Tynong North
