About Darla
Darla was born in DCH’s care along with her 4 siblings, Giles, Spike, Cordelia, and Oz, their Mama (Fern) has done a very wonderful job raising them and teaching them all how to cat and they are now old enough and ready to find their forever homes.
Darla is an absolute sweetheart with lots of love to give, she is a little shy at first but quite sociable and affectionate so all it takes is a little playtime and a few pats and snuggles and you will literally have her eating out of your hand.
She is the perfect mix of affectionate and playful, she loves chasing string toys and pouncing out of tunnels with her siblings, and then seeking out the softest highest bed on the cat tree to fall in a heap together for a cuddly nap.
Darla has such a calming nature that makes snuggle sessions so much more relaxing, she is the perfect cuddle companion.
Her $225 adoption fee includes:
Microchipping
Worming/flea-treatment
Vaccination (2 of 3)
Desexing
Darla must also be an INDOOR ONLY cat.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
