About Genevieve
If you are interested in Genevieve, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/RmFiJ9YRFnWzexrNA
After 8 months, 3 year old Genevieve is looking for her true forever family again. Her current parents are moving overseas and cannot take her. Luckily, she is quite the catch! Kid friendly, dog friendly, and on top of that such a sweetheart!
Here are a few words from her current home:
She is brilliant with young children....even overpowering ones!
She loves all people & visitors to the house.
She is happy in her bed, crate, and on the sofa if given the chance!
She can get into and out of a car happily....an finds stairs no problem.
She loves a car journey especially if it means a walk!
She is great on the lead and can walk for as far as you wish....and as often as you like.
She also loves just being around you whether that's when you're working from home, chatting to a friend on a walk or watching our little boy play soccer.
She sleeps happily downstairs, away from us.
She has been excellent around other dogs...even those that come to our house.
She doesn't woof and we've never heard her growl.
She doesn't beg around the dining table...but always has an ear or ear on you!
She loves her toys and will usually move them from her toy box into her bed during the day.
She knows the command walkies, no, wait and 'stay & guard the house', and definitely knows her name 'Genevieve' or 'Gen'.
She's never been unwell since we got her and is up-to-date with her vaccinations etc.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
