About Desiree
Desiree, our glorious shepherd mix is awaiting her perfect match… could it be you?
Just under a year, Desiree has been brought up in a home full of love. In the house she’s an absolute gem, housetrained, crate trained, good manners and all the skills that make a wonderful companion. She gets along great with small dogs and cats, although wary of larger dogs, Des would happily be someone’s one and only or share her abode with a friendly, confident dog friend.
Desiree does have ‘stranger danger’ she struggles with meeting new humans and does alert bark and goes to her ‘people’ for reassurance that everything is a-okay! For this reason a home with someone with a bit of experience with nervous dogs is ideal, a quiet home with minimal visitors is essential to ensure she feels safe and happy.
Des walks well on leash and enjoys an outing but does get spooked by approaching people, so walks in quiet areas are best suited to this gorgeous girl. Desiree is on the smaller side, she weighs approx 25kgs which makes for the perfect couch companion, curling up next to you for attention and affection after a heads day work. She has no separation anxiety and will make for a wonderful addition for the right family.
A lover of water, Desiree loves to play in the yard, splashing in her paddle pool, she also loves to show off her acrobatics and her flying leaps will have you thoroughly impressed! If you are patient, kind and live a Desiree, our glorious shepherd mix is awaiting her perfect match… could it be you?
Please send as much information as possible about your home, lifestyle, etc. so we can see if you and Desiree are a good match.
