Hi, my name is Bobbie and as you can see, I am a pretty cool guy.
I am special and will jump up next to you on the lounge for lots of head, chin and back scratches. I especially love belly rubs, but not too many cuddles.
I enjoy going on my daily walks with my foster mum and her great little dog. He has shown me how great it is to meet new people, and I do like the ladies best. I enjoy the quieter walks more as I can get very high energy with loud noises or too many people. I need a good harness to keep me safe if I do get over excited or scared.
I love exploring the garden when it’s gardening days.
I love toys and try to bury them, but my foster mum always manages to find them. Once I am settled in my new home my true quirky personality will shine. I sometime love to jump in my water bowl and my foster mum is always laughing at my funny ways.
I do love my food, but can be a bit over protective of it and need to be fed away from other dogs in the house. Otherwise, I am chilled with a house mate.
It would be great to have a human at home most of the time.
Bobbie is house trained, but still has occasional accidents if upset or stressed.
Bobbie needs positive reinforcement to encourage him to be confident in fearful situations. He has come so far in a short time in foster care, but still becomes very energetic when excited or scared.
Bobbie does need secure fencing.
Being a long-haired dog, he will need regular brushing and grooming and a good walking harness.
