About Bazel
Handsome, social and beautifully mannered… what more could you ask for!
Meet Baz. This guy has been in care since he was born which is 374 days in care and we just cannot understand why. There really are no con’s when it comes to this guy ❤
Baz has everything going for him. He loves his people (currently in foster care with a family with other dogs and young children), cuddles on the couch, splashing in creeks, chasing butterflies, romping on the beach, bush walks and his daycare and training sessions twice a week.
We, his rescue group, have dedicated heaps of time and money to his training and socialisation so we know whoever his family is will reap the benefits of this. Baz can walk beautifully on a loose lead, knows his name really well and is super attentive to it. He can also sit, drop, come when called, watch and is getting pretty good at performing a middle command. In addition to this, Baz is toilet trained. When Baz is adopted, his trainers at The Dog Squad will give you a free lesson to teach you all the commands he knows.
Baz can be a little shy around new people but is quick to warm up once he trusts you. His shyness is not an issue thought. He doesn’t bark and isn’t aggressive, he simply keeps his distance until he feels safe.
Baz would love a home with a doggy friend, but a home with no dogs would suit him too because he is a pretty flexible guy. He loves to be included in family activities some so a family who is home or able to exercise him before or after work and involved him in weekend activities would be fabulous.
Baz is a medium sized mastiff mix with the most gorgeous gold brindle coat and soulful eyes. He is the most beautiful guy and we can’t wait for him to find the loving him that he so deserves.
