About Marcey
Marcey is a two year old female American Staffie mix. She is extremely sweet and affectionate, and will happily wrap her front paws around you in a hug and mesmerise you with her deep brown longing eyes.
Marcey loves her humans and is a wonderful companion, following you wherever you go, toilet, shower, you name it. She loves to cuddle up on the couch, but is also happy to chill on her bed or the couch by herself. She definitely wouldn't say no to sleeping on the bed also.
She is still a little unsure about some things and gets a bit jumpy at loud noises and sudden movements. However this lessens once she feels loved and assured.
Marcey is still working out what to do will a ball and doggy toys, but she sure loves chewing on soft toys, and has worked out the joy of pulling out the fluff. She loves the hose and chasing birds. She is very playful and loves playing with other dogs, so a doggy friend would be ideal. However she would be fine as an only dog if her humans are around most of the time.
She is also great with children, but she is not so sure about cats, so a cat free home would probably be best. High, secure fencing is a must for this girl as she is able to jump high and may escape if feeling insecure or unsure. Marcey can sit, drop, and works well on a lead, but needs ongoing training to make her the best girl she can be. She deserves all the love and care in the world. Please only enquire once you have discussed adoption with all people involved.
