Blaze

G'day there, Blaze here, your smarter than average Kelpie. I'm an active, intelligent and energetic boy who knows his sit and shake and is eager to learn more. I can be anxious in new environments so I'd do best in a calm home with some structure and routine to help me settle, and where someone is home more often than not, who can gradually work on leaving me home alone. Ideally, I'd like to be allowed indoors to be part of the family and included in everyday activities. Typical for my breed, I'll need plenty of mental and physical enrichment. Feeding me from enrichment toys and food puzzles is recommended. Calm older children in the home is preferable over the little ones and we'll need to meet at time of adoption. Other pooches? We'll need to meet at time of adoption. Best suited to a calm, tolerant female. I was quite tense and pushy when meeting other dogs but then I soon settled and became quite social.
