About Gingy
Sweet little Gingy is on the lookout for his very own human! This little darling loves nothing more than being close to you. Gingy is very calm and has the softest, sweetest nature. He adores being patted. Head scratches are his favourite! He is a talkative little guy as well and loves to 'chat' about his day.
If Gingy could choose, he would love to spend the day gazing at you with his soulful eyes and dozing by your side. Oh, and eating his cat biscuits. Gingy loves his cat biscuits!!! You see, having a ready supply of food is new to this little one. Gingy has previously lived as a stray cat, but now that his adorable little paws have found soft blankets and cuddly beds, he's fallen in love with indoor cat life! Gingy still keeps in touch with his outdoorsy past by spending time sitting by the window watching the world go by. When it's bedtime, Gingy likes to fall asleep on the end of your bed to the sounds of cat sleep music…how cute is that!
Gingy is a gentle soul and tends to hide from fast movements or frisky play. For this reason, he would likely be best suited to a calm household without too much excitement. Gingy is friendly with other cats but has tested positive for FeLV. He would love to be your one and only. After all, Gingy is lovely enough to fill your whole heart!

Medical Notes: Despite having FeLV Gingy’s vet has declared him healthy and happy. He will likely face challenges related to FeLV in the future but this little guy is keen to live his best life in the meantime.

It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
