Pablo ~ Cattle Dog X(On Trial 15/10/22)

Pablo: is an 8-week-old male Cattle Dog X. He is a sweet boy who loves to eat, sleep and play… then have extra-long cuddles. His very smart and can understand 2 commends already…..such as calling him and a toileting command.

Toilet training is going very well for such a young pup he got it almost straight away. He holds on now until he can go outside now. There have been only a few accidents inside and that was because he could not get outside. He is curious and with his other 2 brothers he likes a good rough housing. Pablo is food orientated; he loves all the puppy food presented to him.

He has had 2 baths so far and looks very handsome after them.. He is a handsome fellow anyway. He has lovely cattle dog markings on his paws and chest. His coat has become a bit longer than a typical cattle dogs.

Overnight he sleeps in the 2 nd bathroom and settles very quickly. I think he will be easy to train with a bit of dedication and love. I do put the lead on him, but I have not tried to walk him. It is more to expose him to different things. He has been in the car 3 times and settles quickly.

He does not react to cars driving by the yard (I have a crn block yard with pool fencing). He is also very friendly to the people and kids walking by. The people always stop and pat him. He doesn’t disappoint them with his cute demeanor and puppy antics.

Pablo’s ideal home:
- A good size backyard
- That he is welcomed into the family home, - He would be ok as an only dog. However, if the family works outside the home, it would be nice for him to have a fur sibling.
- A safe warm place to sleep at night
- An active family where he gets lots of walks
- And of course, couch cuddles.
 
Pablo’s adoption fee is $700 which includes all up to date vet work. This includes desexing, microchipping, second vaccination. He has had his first vaccination and has been microchipped. He also has been treated for fleas and worms. His adoption fee also includes his desexing when he is old enough.

As Pablo is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when he is approximately 5/6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.
