Zaftig is a big smooch with his humans. He would like nothing more than to chill out wherever you are ie. on the kitchen floor while you are cooking dinner, on the lounge room floor while you watch tv etc. Or to get pats and belly rubs. Zaftig doesn’t love being left alone but will tolerate it if he has to. His preference is that you are around more often than not so he can light up your world.

Zaftig has said he wants to be your one and only, your reason to get up every day and be your student so he can relearn proper manners with other dogs. Right now he is very uncertain how to behave with others and lets his emotions get the better of him, so is seeking an experienced large breed home with no other pets. He will need a committed owner to take a slow and steady approach, with support and guidance from our trainer. Zaftig is full of potential who just needs the right people to help him unlock and develop his best self.

Zaftig walks fine on a halti. He also knows all the basic commands and is in general a sweetheart. He is toilet trained and crate trained. He would love to have a family all his own to take care of.
