Hi! My name is Meta and I am a sweet young lady looking for my forever
family.

Meta is friendly to a fault and determined to win over every human she
meets. She loves new people in the house, and on walks she tries her
hardest to say hello to everyone she crosses paths with.

Currently in foster care, she entertains her carers with her funny, sweet
antics. She has been nicknamed “Mrs Wiggle Bum”, as her tail is
consistently happy-wagging and her whole back end wiggles too!
Meta constantly has us laughing at her playful antics and radiates happiness.
It is impossible to have a bad day when she’s around. Meta the goofball will
quickly become the best entertainment in your house for many years to
come.

Meta is still figuring out cuddling but will always sit beside you on the couch
and adores a nap on the bed together. She loves to be a part of whatever
you’re doing and is a very curious and loyal companion. For this reason, we
are seeking a forever home where Meta is not left alone for long periods of
time and is allowed to hang out and sleep indoors with her family.

Meta absolutely LOVES toys of all kinds, her absolute favourite thing in the
world is playing tug of war with both her human and canine family members,
and she will happily bring her toy over to you for a game. She can be vocal
with her play with the resident dogs, but it is never more than a single bark to
initiate play.

Meta has done really well and come such a long way since arriving in foster
care, she is a really beautiful, loving, sweet pup! Meta loves and adores her
human and canine companions. Although Meta has come so far in such a
short time, she will need continual and ongoing training, socialisation, and

exposure to the big wide world to help her grow into the very best adult dog
she can be. Meta has been in foster care with the two resident dogs, a male and a female
of different temperaments and she has adapted to them both with ease. She
has loved having fur siblings, and it is preferable that she be adopted to a
home with another playful dog.

Meta has commenced lead training, sitting and staying, it is a work in
progress, however she walks very well on a gentle leader. Meta has
mastered sit and stay, but she will need a dedicated home that will invest in
taking her to dog obedience training or doggy day care to continue her
learning. She is very motivated by food, which makes training a breeze.
Meta loves going on car rides, and jumps in the car confidently and easily,
and settles in for the ride. She does love a good sniff and enjoying the breeze
on her face during the car ride.

Meta is very curious and playful with humans and canine friends and seems
to be in awe of the big wide world around her.

Toilet training has commenced and going very well, despite the occasional
accident.

Meta has met teenagers; however, she has not been introduced to small
children yet. Given how sweet she is, she could definitely have some older
human siblings in her home.

This girl is dearly loved by her foster carers and is we are looking for a home
for her where she will be showered with love and gentle guidance to help her
become the best adult dog she can be.

Meta will require a home with a medium sized yard for her to run and play in,
and secure fencing. She will need daily walks and enrichment to burn up
some of her energy.
