This is Dexter. As you can see, Dexter has the sweetest face and knows how to give credit to the saying, 'puppy dog eyes'.
Dexter is a working breed dog and would prefer a home with a very large backyard or acreage to explore and use up all of that energy! He's an energetic Kelpie, who is food motivated and enjoys the company of people. He's eager to learn and already knows sit!
Dexter loves enrichment activities like Kong toys, bones to chew, and toys to keep him entertained when left alone.
Dexter is extremely active! If you are looking for a jogging partner, look no further!

Dexter may be okay going home with a friendly, de-sexed canine companion!
He is best suited to a home with teens/adults.
