About Charlie & Lola
Meet Charlie & Lola!
Charlie 953010100408954 short haired smokey black & white & Lola 956000014707881 short haired white & black. Desexed, microchipped, vaccinated x2 and up to date with parasite prevention! Both approximately 12 months old.
This bonded brother & sister pair are absolute heart breakers & best friends. They came to us as little dots & although still very small, they have the biggest personalities! Lola & Charlie were surrendered by their very loving owner who sadly couldn't care for them any longer however due to being fed inadequate food (mostly dog biscuits), they never had the chance to fully blossom and grow into healthy cats. They have put on weight since being in foster care and have grown but they will always be small and "forever kittens!"
Charlie is cheeky & loves to play with other cats especially his sister Lola. He is a little shy until you get to know him but once he is comfortable with you, the real Charlie comes to life.
Lola known to us as “Baby Lola” is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet! She demands the covers to be pulled back in the bed at night so she can hop under the covers & sleep all night. We have never met a cat that purrs as much as Lola does.
They are well socialised with other cats & the forever home that welcomes these 2 will honestly get nothing but love from them both. Must definitely be kept together for life!
Lola & Charlie are INDOOR ONLY cats for life, please only apply for them if this suits your home. We would recommend a home with no little kids or loud environments.

Charlie & Lola must be fed a premium quality diet for the rest of their lives to ensure they stay a healthy weight and continue to thrive.

Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
