About Rosie
*In foster care in Ashfield, Sydney*
This gorgeous and smart little house panther is looking to be your fun-loving, lap-sitting best friend! Rosie’s favourite thing is playing fetch with her humans (yep, she returns it every time!). She's an energetic ball of fun who's turned from a hissy street cat to a sweet, purry lap cat during her brief time in foster care.
When she’s not running around, Rosie enjoys curling up on or near her humans. She loves to be near her humans whenever they’re at home. She's still wary of new people and doesn't love being picked up (yet!). She has an incredible purr and loves hearing the sound of the shaking Greenies bag!
Like all Maggie's pets, Rosie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I’m an energetic kitten who loves attention and running around playing fetch. I love being near people but am content being left alone for a few hours during the day – so someone doing a mix of office and work from home days would be perfect!
I'd love a window to look out of and to meow at bugs and skinks. I don’t like loud and sudden noises, but I do like music and chatting.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm a playful kitten and LOVE for my humans to join in the fun! When I’ve had enough I’ll find a quiet spot to nap.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't met any children yet, I'm sure I'd get on well with a calm and patient child.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I lived with my brother Frankie until he was adopted and we had a ball together! I haven’t met a dog yet, but I’m sure I’d happily befriend any furry being.
Medical notes
Rosie has juvenile gingivitis. It is has been advised by our vet that this can be managed with Greenies dental treats, Plaque Off added to her food in the evenings, and teeth cleaning at home can also be added into this routine. As with most cats, she should have an annual teeth clean as a preventative measure to ensure her gingivitis does not get worse.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
