About Scooby
Scooby doobie doo - yep that's me and I am a goofball like no other. I'm quirky and happy and the world with everyone in it is my bestest friends.
Foster mum needs you to know that I have a suspected neurological disfunction that makes me be a bit clumsy I have been this way since a young pup and have shown no signs of deterioration at all as yet, so could probably live long and happy.
I thrive best in a more mature household, I don't mind another dog but probably will wiggle in for all of the snuggles and playtime. I don't like lots of loud noises all of the time as they make me scared. I can happily live in quiet suburbs or country towns. If there are children for me to snuggle with and play chasing games with I would just love that but they will need to be older so my clumsy ways does not topple them over.
I am a little clumsy and that's just how I am. I trip over myself running but if we are just walking, you can't really tell that I'm a special one. Foster mum says I'm like a V8 revving my motor but the gearshift does not work sometimes. I am super happy, don't know about sad at all, I take direction really easy and am always up for a play. I just love running and herding the pack at the dog park.
I've got the house training, car training, walking training and recall training totally sorted. I am clever despite being clumsy so you can teach me new tricks and let me show you just how super duper clever I am. I'm even cat trained - I love playing with them and having snuggles.
I am the bestest boy looking for my bestest family who live in a house without too many stairs please.
I am your Scooby doo so where are you!

Medical notes
Scooby has been assessed by a senior vet and is suspected of having a neurological disorder that appears he has had since he was a pup. Scooby appears to be stable at this point in time and it does not appear to cause him grief. He is clumsy and will flap about when laying on his side or back.
We do have a referral to a neurologist which we will pass on to the adopter, should they wish to investigate the condition further.
Due to Scooby's clumsiness, the vet has recommended a home with minimal stairs, and his forever home will have to take into consideration extra assistance in Scooby's life such as helping Scooby in and out of the car, can easily trip over and may not always appreciate obstacles like chicken wire fencing as an example
