My name is Maisy and I am looking for my forever home! My foster family describe me as cute as a button! They love my radar ears which never deceive me!
If you’re looking for a happy affectionate lady who can shower you with love and kisses! Look no further, you’ve found me! I’m ready to give you all the love…all I as for in return is pats! Oh, I love pats! If I don't feel I have had enough pats ill tell you with my cute as anything head butts!
Before we rush things, there’s a couple of things you need to know. I may be an older gal but I still have ENERGY! My foster family think someone needs to sit down with me to remind me of my age as I often act like a silly puppy. I still love toys and am super keen for walks! I love going on my daily walk(s), I love exploring the neighborhood and taking in all the sights and smells. I also LOVE meeting new people on walks!! I also LOVE car rides! Nothing better than sticking my head out the window and feeling the wind in my ears!
I am quite reactive when it comes to meeting new dogs that aren't greyhounds, they seem so different to me.
When I'm chillin at home I love snoozing on the couch! If you’re not a fan of snoots on the couch then I'm probably not the girl for you.
I still like playing with toys, especially fluffy ones. I love to pounce on them when they least expect it!
I would probably prefer a home with a courtyard or a backyard so I can take myself out there any time I please.
I may be on the smaller size but what I lack in size I make up for in cuteness. I have a spotty back and eyes that melt everyone I meet! Don't forget about my radar ears too!

STEP 1 – ENQUIRE & EOI FORM:

If the greyhound you have applied for is unavailable or unsuitable, we can match you with a more suitable greyhound. We may have a hound in foster care who might be well suited to your family.
STEP 2 – LET'S CHAT:
We'll phone you to discuss suitability, clarify any points of your application and chat process and next steps.
STEP 3 – HOUSE CHECK & MEET + GREET:
We'll come to you! The meet + greet is conducted at the same time that a house check is carried out. The meet + greet is the day that your newly adopted greyhound will be able to stay on with you.
Our adoption fee is $350.00 and must be paid on on the day of the meet + greet, and prior to starting your 3 week trial. Support from our team is freely available. If you have any issues, we urge you to contact us to try and work through them, as all rescue greyhounds have some period of adjustment.
If after the 3 week trial, you feel that you need to return the greyhound, we will refund your adoption fee (less a $50 administration fee), upon return of the dog and all paperwork and other items that the dog was adopted with.
All of our hounds are adopted out with the following:
> Collar, lead & coat
> Certificate of sterilisation & vaccination
> Flea & worm treated
> Care information for your newly adopted greyhound
> Access to our private Facebook page for foster carers, volunteers and adopters of our hounds. A community with invaluable advice and support.
