About Merlin
Meet Merlin, a calm kitty that loves pats or is happy to find himself a quiet spot to contemplate the mysteries of the universe. His favourite spots are the top of his scratching post and the back of an armchair.
Merlin currently lives with two bigger dogs and has lived with another cat. As long as they mostly leave him alone, he's happy to coexist. His curious side comes out when they bark, trying to see what it's all about. He is an indoor cat, litter trained and enjoys a peaceful 10-20 minute daily scamper in the yard.
A relaxed household (kids 10+ yo) that understands his sensitive side would be ideal. Merlin is getting used to visitors but is content to return to his comfortable spot to watch the world go by.
Merlin is playful for short stints. He loves his scratching post, and getting him a floor mat would be a good idea because he does have a go at the hall runners on occasion! He's showing more playfulness every day.
Merlin is a grazer, only eating a little at a time, which means about four small meals a day. This sensitive soul would love to work on his confidence and show you his bright and beautiful colours - he's got so much love to give!

Besides a slightly sensitive tummy, Merlin is fit as a fiddle!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
