About Gypsy
Beautiful Gypsy is a happy go lucky 14 week old mastiff cross with an extremely sweet nature.
She loves people and the pats and tummy rubs that come with them. Gypsy will often lean into her foster carers legs and likes to sneak onto their lap for cuddles.
When she’s fully grown, Gypsy is going to be a very big girl. However like most big dogs we can see her still wanting to curl up on her owners knee - completely unaware of her size.
Gypsy loves the resident dog in her foster home and likes to rough and tumble with her siblings. We would absolutely love to find Gypsy a home with a well adjusted and friendly dog for company.
Gypsy is looking for a family where she will be included in everyday life, taken on outings, and be loved unconditionally. Being kept outside alone for long periods of time is not the right home for our girl.
Gypsy’s ideal owner(s) will be experienced with larger breed dogs and be willing to take her to puppy school and preferably obedience training. She has been very responsive to the informal training she has had so far and knows how to sit on command. Gypsy is also learning to walk on lead and thinks it’s the best thing in the world. She will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Gypsy may be suitable for a family with children over 8 years old who are experienced with large breed dogs.
If given the opportunity Gypsy likes to chase cats with her siblings so unless the cat is savvy with big dogs she would not be suitable to that home.
Please only apply for Gypsy if you are fully committed to loving and caring for her for her whole life.

Adoption details
Many of our animals are extremely popular and we receive a high volume of applications. We review each submission carefully and will only consider those who complete the application form in full. We are run by a very small team of volunteers and it is impossible to phone everyone. The majority of correspondence will be conducted via email. Please keep an eye on your “junk’ folder so you don’t miss any notifications. We ask that the application is completed with as much detail as possible.
If your application is successful, you will be asked to attend a Meet and Greet.
