Jorja

Jorja is a beautiful 14-week-old mastiff cross with a very sweet nature.

She is looking for a forever home where she will be included in everyday life, taken on outings, and be loved unconditionally. Being kept outside alone for long periods of time is not the right home for our girl. Jorja loves to play with her siblings and the dog in her foster home so a household with a friendly doggo to play with and keep company would be ideal.

When encountering new things and meeting new people Jorja can be a little bit timid so a home with a well-adjusted and social dog to learn from would be perfect. Jorja would benefit from an owner who is experienced with larger breed dogs as she is going to be a very big girl when fully grown. She will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.

Jorja knows how to sit and is doing well with learning to walk on a lead. She’s also learning to stay. Jorja is extremely smart and eager to please. We would love for her to attend puppy school and preferably obedience training where she is sure to excel.

Due to her sheer size, Jorja, is not suitable for a family with children under 12 years as she may accidentally knock them over during play.

If given the opportunity Jorja likes to chase cats with her siblings so unless the cat is savvy with big dogs she would not be suitable to that home.
