About Lucy
Little Lucy is a 3 months old kitten who came into care just over a month ago. While she was in the streets someone wrapped an elastic band tightly around her tail which led to the amputation of her tail. Due to this experience she is very wary of humans.
A beautiful foster family has looked after her for the past 5 weeks. Lucy is slowly learning to trust them and has started to come out of her shell.
She is very playful and goes particularly crazy over a string toy. Once she has finished playing she will come and sniff around her foster family until she realises she is afraid and runs away. Then she does the same again.
She is very cute and inquisitive and will not hesitate to go up to the resident cat trying to give her a nose kiss.
If you would like to meet Lucy please send us an email or fb message or call us on 0404 753 227. We will help arrange a meet and greet at her foster home in Manly.
Due to Lucy’s cautious nature we would want to make a match with kids thoughtfully. So we feel a quieter household with older children would work better for her.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven. All proceeds are going back to the pets waiting to find loving homes.
If Lucy isn’t the cat for you please monitor our website for your perfect match!
