About Billy
Six month old Billy has been unlucky in love so far, so he is still looking for the perfect home.
Please read the following carefully and only apply if you are WILLING to put effort into training and setting boundaries for Billy to help him grow into the best dog he can be.
* Billy is a PUPPY! He is not perfectly trained, he still gets over excited and boisterous at times. This is what puppies do. It’s normal.
* Although Billy gets along wonderfully with the senior large dogs and the cats and kittens in his foster home, these animals are very well socialised and can tolerate having puppy energy around. Your own pets may not appreciate it quite so much, so please consider this before applying.
* We will provide training advice from a professional dog trainer to get you started on the right path - depending where you live, this can be a training session in your home, or a phone chat.
* If you want a dog who will quietly sit in the corner all day, we’d suggest adopting a senior cat instead.
Hi I’m Billy!
I’m only 7 months old and I’m ready to find my forever family. I’m supposedly a chihuahua x cavalier, but everyone that meets me thinks I look more like some kind of terrier breed, but there is one thing that can’t be denied - I’m cute!
I’ve been learning some commands, but I definitely need to keep practising. I listen well so I will learn whatever you can teach me, so I’d like someone who can commit to my training and help me become the bestest boy ever!
I currently go to work with foster mum, so I definitely won’t enjoy being left at home for long days alone.
When you are home so do love to explore the backyard.
I get along with other animals just great and would love a little doggy playmate.
Older dogs may well find me a little annoying.
I’m really friendly with humans I meet. I haven’t been tested with children, but as long as they’re sensible and not too young I’m sure I’ll love them too.
I love doing zoomies and playing with my favourite pizza toy, and I love spending time with my human.
If you think you and I could be besties, then pop in an application and I’ll have my people look over it.
Billy 😊
Medical notes
Four month old Billy is up to date with all his vaccinations, as well as flea, tick, intestinal worm and heart worm prevention.
He is microchipped and has recently been desexed.
He has had a thorough vet check and is a healthy puppy.
