Kit

Kit is a friendly and warm young dog, who is a magnet for physical affection. He loves to make lots of friends, so he tends to warm up quickly to everyone around him. Inquisitive by nature, he is often seen sniffing around or on the look-out to find a new friend.

He does need a bit more training with loose lead walking as he can be a bit pulley at times. Luckily, he responds very well to treats and has already learned a number of commands, such as sitting, shaking hands, lying down and rolling over.

Aside from being smart and very sweet, he is also very patient, so he may fit into families with young children and even other dogs depending on their temperament.

Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog. Please contact our friendly staff to arrange to meet this dog at our Kemps Creek shelter.
