About Lennie
Lennie has had a tragic life which he doesnt like to talk about or dwell on.
He came to us so very timid & shy & afraid of his own shadow.
He is now a much more confident, friendly out going boy, who realises not every one wants to hurt him or cause him grief.
Lennie gets along very well with other dogs & enjoys playing with them, but he prefers to hang out with people, particularly men.
How ever loud crowded places still cause him to retreat into himself & turn into a nervous shaking dog, so baby steps are still needed to be taken when introducing him to new environments & places.
Lennie is such a sweet boy, with a quiet, gentle personality who deserves the best life with a family who can & will respect his need for an ordinary life where he can just relax & be himself.
Life with Lennie need not be exciting, but one full of love, quiet times & gentleness
Lennie is a delightful young dog.
Medical notes
Lennie does not have any medical issues, except for being nervous in crowds & not liking loud noises or to much excitment
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
