Louie

This sweet little man is 5 months old and is full of enthusiasm for life and everything it has to offer. He is a boxer cross kelpie, and will be a medium to large sized breed when full grown.

Louie has had basic training and sits and walks well on a lead once he is over the initial excitement of going on a new adventure. Louie enjoys running on the lead too and is quick to take and respond to instructions from his handler.

He is inquisitive and friendly, with high energy levels. When he is excited, he can forget his manners.

He gets on well with other dogs but is sometimes exciteable. He loves everyone equally as all he sees is the opportunity to make a new friend. In his enthusiasm, he can be a bit jumpy initially so we would not recommend him to a family with young children.

He would be perfect for an active adult, couple or family with teenage children. He has energy to burn and would love the opportunity to be involved in family activities. He would make a great running partner.

Louie's new family will need to spend time to build on the basic training he has already had to help him become the amazing family member he is destined to be.
