Duke ~ 1yr Old Kelpie(On Trial 10/12/22)

Duke is a 1-year-old Kelpie with a great personality and a huge amount of curiosity and energy, typical of kelpies.

Duke has a very outgoing and friendly with people and other dogs. He obeys basic commands such as 'sit' and 'wait', and his recall is generally very good, although he is often distracted along the way. He will benefit hugely from ongoing training, so will be best suited to someone with experience in positive training methods, and preferably with working breeds.

Duke needs lots of company and contact with his forever person. He doesn't like to be shut away from his family and will need to be allowed to sleep inside.

He would love lots of room to run around and explore on a property, semi-rural area, park or beach. He will make a wonderful companion to someone whose activity level matches his own, who is committed to loving him for a lifetime and giving him the love and attention, he craves and deserves.
