About Reinhardt
Reinhardt is an adorable little guy who loves to play. A lot. He would love to find a home with people and/or other animals who can spend lots of time with him. A feline friend would be extra great because they could teach him how to cat!
Reinhardt loves toys: a wand with feathers, sticks, any type of ball, or scrunched-up foil. He’s adventurous and curious, loves to climb and enjoys his cat tower. He will meow at you if he wants to play and may playfully nibble your hand if you don’t get his hint.
This chap is very affectionate when in the mood. He’s learning to accept being picked up and cuddled more, especially when he’s drowsy. He loves being scratched under the chin and on his cheeks. He’ll happily sleep on your lap when tired and often cuddles up next to you in bed at night. His current owner is teaching him better manners, and he’d like to continue this in the future. He can already sit on command!
Being a kitten, Reinhardt has moments of ‘cat crazy’, involving somersaults, zoomies and bouncing off the furniture. Reinhardt is litter trained and spends his time indoors. He does enjoy going out for walks on a harness in quiet places. He has had minimal contact with other animals or children, but the interactions have all been positive.
This gorgeous indoor adventurer will be a great companion in a home that can provide plenty of opportunities for him to play and learn.
Medical notes
Reinhardt has a clear weeping eye from contracting cat flu in his early days, this just needs monitoring and can be easily treated. His tummy can be upset in a new environment, so the transition to different food should be done gradually.
Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
