G'day, my name's BobbyMarli,
I’m looking for someone to take me on. I just know that we’ll become the best of friends. My working dog origins (heeler x kelpie) mean that I’ll be happier with a bit of open space and doing things to keep my mind occupied, somewhere I can run off my boundless energy and bark at the birds to my hearts content. I’d love another dog as a playmate but I find myself wanting to boss other dogs around so they’d need to be pretty placid or can stand their ground with me and put me back in my box when needed.

I don’t want to brag but I’m pretty clever, when my foster mum says sit my bottom hits the ground straight off. I’ll be fast learner, actually I really think I’d be good at agility if that’s something you had time to do with me. At the moment I’m on a farm with my foster family, I’ve got a foster sister as well as two of the home crew dogs. Lately I’ve become obsessed with fetch, you throw I’ll fetch.. I’ll fetch it all day long. If you say “where’s the ball?“ I’ll go find it and have it at your feet straight off. Geez I‘m nuts about that game!!

On the farm here I’m a bit obsessed with the cows over the fence, I could watch those guys all day long. The border collie here is just like me, he tells me he’s a working dog, he’s the real deal... I reckon I’d be clever enough to do that if you trained me. I can run really fast, I’m an accomplished athlete when it comes to covering distance quickly. I’m not pudgy, I’m a sleek machine. Not so much a hurdler so I’ll be pretty safe in a secure yard.

The last thing I’ll say is I’m a really loving girl, I’ll lap up every bit of attention you can give. I get a bit pushy with my mates because I always want to be first up for a pat and cuddle. I’ll truly be your most devoted and loyal dog. Come on you know you want to... why don’t you give me a loving home. I’m waiting for you!
