Hi, I'm Charlize!

My owner couldn't look after me anymore so I was surrendered to the shelter. I'm excited to find my forever home and go back to sleeping on my human's bed at night and snuggling up on the couch. I'm a friendly, chatty and social lady who enjoys my human's company.

As you may have noticed from my pictures (even though I try to photograph as slim), I need to lose a little weight (okay, maybe a lot). I'm on a special diet to help me trim down for the summer but I just need a little motivation to get my summer bod back.

I'm looking for a relaxing and quiet home. I don't cope well with young children but gentle teenagers are ok.

I don't mix well with other cats and need to be the only feline in our home.

I need to be kept indoors to protect my light features from the sun.
