This gorgeous girl has a BIG PERSONALITY. We suspect she’s part Kelpie. Bambini is high energy and is seeking a home with lots of mental and physical stimulation. She LOVES meeting new people, the more the merrier. She would do well with an active lifestyle and can well and truly keep up in a busy home.

Bambini thinks she’s a lap dog and loves being cuddled and carried around. While she’s extremely keen on humans she can be a little bit mouthy so will need extra training there and might be best in a home without young children. Children that are old enough to discourage that behaviour would be fine. She’s also teething so lots of kong toys and bones to encourage that in a positive nature.

Bambini is super intelligent and responsive to cues, she picks up new tricks very fast and is extremely food motivated which makes her easy to train. Bambini sadly came into the rescue from a home that wasn’t feeding her enough and her ribs were very visible. She is still getting used to food being in abundance so we have been giving her small meals very often to help her calm down around food and to encourage slower eating. A puzzle mat where she has to take a moment to find food is also helping to encourage slower eating. She will calm down around food with time and lots of repetition. She has come such a long way already.

Bambi loves approaching people on walks and will sit for them. She allows everyone and anyone to pat her, she truly loves attention! She is such a social girl that's thoroughly enjoys her walk time. Bambini is crate trained and will happily sleep in her crate all night with no toilet accidents. She really enjoys being outside basking in the sunlight and is super keen on car rides. She’s picked up lead walking so quick and plays fetch like a pro already. She would be really into dog sports if someone put the time and energy into her training her. She's amazingly intelligent and we would love to see her not waste her gifts.

Bambini is lovely girl and we’re seeking someone with a very active lifestyle that’s keen for a companion that they can involve into their life and give her the home that would truly benefit her.
